How To Measure
Ultimate Shutter encourages people to measure the dimensions of their windows to make the process of purchasing window roller shutters easier and faster for the customer.
This measuring system can be applied for online quotes as well.
With a Tape Measure
lf you have a tape measure do it from inside measure the height & width of the window, doorway or area and write the measurement down with the name of the area, then give us a call with the measurements. The measurements don't have to be precise up or down 80 to 120 mm is not a problem this will be good enough to give you a quote.
Without a Tape Measure
lf you don't have a tape measure don't worry, here is how you can do it. Find yourself a magazine or an A4 sheet of paper from the longest section of the magazine or A4 paper you hold from one end & work out how many times the magazine or sheet needed to go across the width & do the same for the height. Remember it doesn't have to be precise - up or down 80 to 120 mm is ok and will be good enough to give you a quote.
For example: 7 & 1/2 sheets high x 8 & 1/4 sheets wide - that's all we need!
It is important to let us know if it is double storey, or on the roof, or if there is difficult access, or any other issues that may make the installation more complex. This helps us to give you a more precise quote. (Only applicable for installed products).
