The key switch is designed for motorised Window Roller Shutters; that are in public areas, are over doorways or corridors that need 2-Way access. The Key Switch is also designed to stop the general public, who are not authorised, from using the Window Roller Shutters. This adds extra security and more privacy to the Roller Shutter system.

This key switch system is in-place to substitute for the regular Electronic button switch which is easily accessible by everyone. The other added benefit of the key switch is for uses in shopfront doorway entrances with multiple staff opening the roller shutter; simply give a key to each staff.

The Push Button Code Pads are designed for motorised Roller Shutters to give extra security and for added protection. The benefit of the Code Pads is the simplicity of the use in commercial applications whereby a 4-digit code is used to open the Roller Shutter to gain access into your building.

This therefore adds extra security and there is no need for a key. In this instance the code can be changed if desired by the owner of the premises.

The Battery Backup system is designed to be installed with motorised Roller Shutters. The Battery Backup is beneficial for instances of loss of electrical power; the Shutters will still function for approximately 8 cycles with the backup system.

This would make the Battery Backup system almost compulsory for commercial applications with Roller Shutters over doorways, corridors or passages and for residential Window Roller Shutters on bedroom windows, in case of a fire. This system ensures better safety for our customers who will be working around the Roller Shutters

Our Manual Override Motors are beneficial for areas that can be prone to electrical power cuts. In this circumstance, a power cut, you are still able to use your Roller Shutters and this is also beneficial if the motor were to fail. This ensures that your home or business is always secured with window roller shutters, no matter what may happen.

The Manual Override system is ideal for commercial use for Roller Shutters over doorways or walkways. This will allow the operator of the Roller Shutter to enable flow through the opening if the Shutter will not open. This extra feature adds extra safety and security to the Roller Shutter in the chance of failure and also reduces the inconvenience of the Roller Shutter failing to operate.

For Roller Shutters over doorways, Occupational Health and Safety regulation requirements are that this system has been designed in the case of; a fire, power failure, motor failure or someone locked inside, with the purpose of still being able to gain access through the Emergency Exit.

All Roller Shutters must be battery backed up with a Manual Override electric motor and a hard wired Smoke Detector with an Emergency Exit button, ensuring you accessibility whatever the circumstance.

Automatically cleans the inside, outside, or both parts of the roller shutters.

This is especially beneficial for double storey homes, where it is extremely difficult to reach and clean; the inside part of the roller shutter is nearly impossible to clean, even for ground floor shutters.
 

This also helps save water, as there is no need for water.

The cleaning system operates on the principal that; as the roller shutters are wound up and down, dust and grime will not be built up as the mechanism is fitted inside the pelmet.

Unique Snap lock security tracks are used for maximum security and aesthetics.

It is a two part track that is secured into position without any screws or plastic plugs being exposed to the potential thief.

Once secured, they cannot be removed, therefore giving you maximum security.

This is used predominantly over bi-fold doors whereby the opening is too large for a single span roller shutter.

The opening has to be divided into 2 or 3 shutters. Instead of having fixed tracks obstructing the opening of the area, we fit quick release removable mullions; they slide into the underneath of the box and lock with 2 patio bolts for strength and rigidity.

Automatic locks are for additional security, and work only when the roller shutter is fully closed (down position). This is when the handle position is at the maximum in the anti-clockwise position.

The roller shutters cannot be lifted from the exterior, when locked, giving the customer added security.

Without the automatic locks, the roller shutters can be lifted from the outside (levered up). The automatic locks only work in conjunction with strap control and winder controlled operation.

This is by far the most comprehensive and extensive guarantee in the roller shutter industry. The guarantee applies to parts and materials only.

Our maximum rating for new homes is FZ-29. Our stage 2 fire protection system is designed to fully seal the area where the roller shutter fits over the window, doorway or gap.

There are virtually no air gaps, therefore less transfer of radiant heat. This system is also highly effective where noise reduction is needed: less transfer of air means less noise.
