1. Definitions In the terms and conditions:
Application/Apply-ing means the process you undertake when you apply for a New Approach account which includes the provision of Personal Information and an identification process via the website.
Contribution means the amount guests deposit towards an account/event.
Contributor means the person making a donation into an account/event
Personal Information includes name, date of birth, current address, previous addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail address, occupation, drivers license number, credit reference reporting, bank account details, credit card details, logon identification numbers, pin numbers, passwords, security codes
Website means ultimateshutter.com.au
Course Package means the package you receive upon attending a training course.
A reference to “we”, “us” or “our” is a reference Ultimate Shutter Pty Ltd.
A reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to the person who is taken to agree to these terms and conditions under Clause 2.

4. Agreeing to the Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to each Ultimate Shutter Pty Ltd user

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by contributing, applying, purchasing, activating, using, or attempting to use the Ultimate Shutter Pty Ltd service/product.
5.Transactions
5.1
Ultimate Shutter Pty Ltd does NOT charge a credit card processing fee.
5.2
Ultimate Shutter Pty Ltd accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
5.3
We will not be accountable for extended delays associated with direct deposits or cheque clearances as these are subject to your financial institution.
5.4
Fees incurred from financial institutions as a result of incorrect account details supplied will be passed on to account holders.
5.5
If a contribution is made by a company holding an active A.B.N a Tax Invoice can be supplied upon request.
6. Refunds
6.1
If a course is cancelled for any reason by New Approach then as much notice as possible will be given to course participants. In this instance all course fees will be retuned in full as soon as possible.
6.2
If however a course attendee cancels up to 14 days prior to the course a refund will occur less a 10% cancellation fee.
6.3
Cancellations within 14 days of the course incur a 20% cancellation fee.
7. Security & Financial Information
7.1
Personal information such as credit card number is encrypted using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology before it is sent via the internet. This method is used by millions of people to shop over the internet. You will know that SSL is active when you see a solid lock or key. All data is secured using 128 bit encryption.
8. Website Changes

We may change the terms and conditons at our discretion in accordance to fixing errors or in response to customer complaints
