Rosa is the Operations Manager and a Director of the company. Her role is to help customers select the right shutters for their home, walk them through the ordering process and contact customers who need help. She also keeps the rest of the team in line and functioning. Rosa is a main liaison between the front office staff and the production team to ensure you get exactly what you need and ordered on time and well done.
Rosa has been with Ultimate Shutter since its inception almost 30 years ago but says that before that she "was running a bingo centre."
