We recently went through the daunting process of getting quotes and measures for shutters. We found it confusing as there was so many products on the market of varying quality. Then we came across Damien from ultimate shutters. Right from the start this was such a easy process. Damien was easy to talk to, with none of the hard sales tactics. Damien was very knowledgeable regarding the products, the step by step process and extremely flexible with pricing and the installation time frames for our new build. Damien was returning my calls and emails 24/7 including weekends. He answered all my questions and kept in touch with updates of the progress. The installer Andy was fantastic as well, the install was clean and quick. I didnt even need to be on site, he took care of everything. Rosa from the office made the payments a breeze, easy to read invoices and no hidden costs. I originally wanted shutters for security reasons, but since weve had them weve found it provides great privacy, blocks out noise and lowered our heating and cooling costs. Ive had over 13 years experience in different sales driven environments, and this is the first time ive dealt with a company were the experience from start to finish couldnt be faulted. It was done the way its meant to be. So much so that ive actually taken the time off my own bat to write this review. If your serious about high quality shutters with serious piece of mind then you have to deal with these guys. Quality shutters for your whole house isnt a cheap investment.
