We got our roller shutters installed at our brand new house only 3 weeks ago. We searched for many weeks to find the right company and we are so happy we found ultimate shutters. we initially had reservations about ordering shutters from a company interstate but everything they explained to us was spot on. Being our first home we wanted to ensure that the security, heat reduction and noise reduction needs would be a priority! I cannot recommend Damien and the team enough. The shutters look surprisingly modern and esthetically pleasing. THE colour bond colours that Damien recommended matched up perfectly with our new house. This product is probably the best money we have spent on the whole project. It wasn't the cheapest quote we received but I could immediately tell that the product and service was more than worth it! I don't usually write reviews but my advice is... if you would like to secure your pride and joy, reduce the aircon and heating bills, protect your privacy and reduce noise you cant go past this company. I recently installed the slimline DIY shutters from Ultimate shutters and couldn't be happier with the ease of installation and quality of the product. Damien was very helpful and made the process easy. It was truly DIY and with the remote control setup there was no adjustment needed. I picked them up from the factory and had them installed the next day. I am amazed at the amount of heat they keep out the bedroom which gets full afternoon sun. I intend to fit more of them.

Ultimate Shutter were very professional

From the start, ordering our colour samples off their website, Ultimate Shutter were very professional. Our colour samples arrived only a few days after ordering them. One of my main concerns with going with Ultimate Shutter was the fact that the manufacturing and main headquarters was in Melbourne and we live in Sydney. Our concerns were put to rest by the professionalism of the team in Melbourne and the team in Sydney- in particular the installers and electrician. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The shutters were manufactured in the agreed time and installed without any fuss. The results are great, we ordered the Slimline range, they look very modern and do a fantastic job blocking out the outside world when closed- we’ve never slept so good!!.
