I needed shutters for my mobile grooming trailer so it could be weather proof and most importantly lockable with security in mind. I had rung numerous shutter companies but they were unable to help. When I finally found Rosa at Ultimate Shutter she put my mind at ease and could easily picture my vision. I have never seen a mobile grooming trailer with shutters. A whole new concept Rosa was and is such a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge is extensive and she has wonderful customer service. No task is too large. Everyone who sees my trailer comments on what a great set up it is. I think the best looking and best working part is the shutters. Very modern. Very clean. I now have the advantage of placing the shutters exactly where I want them. Either to let the sunshine in or to keep the rain and wind out. We have seven shutters that protect our south-facing home from wind and storms that occur in the Northern Rivers of NSW. Excellent pre-sales service gave me the confidence to do the installation myself. Shutters came well packaged and millimeter-perfect making installation as easy as possible. They have been up for about a year and are working well. Now when wild weather is around we just 'shut the shields' and wait for the storm to pass (the biggest wind gust they have endured so far is 120 km/hr). The biggest selling point for us was their ability to cover a wide opening with multiple shutters and removable mullions. It only takes about a minute to go from 'wide open' to completely shut. Initially, we planned to only use the shutters during storms, but now we use them all the time for summer and winter insulation, and to create a cinema effect in the living area. Post-sales service has also been excellent, with Damien helping to customize the remote control and even replacing it when it stopped working. Overall, an excellent product and a pleasure to deal with.

Ultimate shutters installed our shutters about 3 years ago and we still talk about how great our experience with them was! From meeting the staff, to the measure up and install they were very professional, accommodating and respectful of our property. So glad we went with Ultimate

I was very impressed with Ultimate Shutter, from first contact with the sales team through to the installation. i was kept up to date throughout the process and everyone turned up when they said they would. I had double shutters installed for garage doors. They are strong and look great. There is a slight fall across the concrete driveway, the shutters close it off perfectly. I highly recommend Ultimate Shutter.

I cannot recommend Rosa and the team at Ultimate Shutters highly enough. I’ve just had 9 shutters installed to match ones previously installed ten years ago. This required powder coating to colour match and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Sime and David the installers were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting shutters installed.
